Ooh La La Parisian Neckform

Altered Neck Form that I used in a Gift Shop where my treasures were sold. Well the store closed and I packed up all of my things and left them in the car for a couple of days and guess what? Yeah I left the neckforms in the car too long and the velvet fabric came off. So I was looking at them and said hmm, I could make it more pretty by taking the fabric off and decoupaging something to them. Much better than the original Neck Form.
